The special housing typology “Panoramic” allows saving more than 15% of electricity due to the deep penetration of sunlight into the buildings.

Upcycling design

We reduce resource consumption by using existing materials. The lobby finishes are made from leftovers from other construction projects.

PARQ complexes are equipped with solar panels and collectors with up to 60% energy efficiency. They meet a significant portion of electricity and hot water needs, reducing CO₂ emissions by 1,200 tons annually and lowering energy costs.
