Andre Frey, the founder of PARQ Development, has 30 years of international business experience and a visionary "inner compass" that allows him to create projects that become legends in Bali.
Andre has already built the first European-level creative cluster in Bali, PARQ Ubud, which has become a magnet for thousands of talented and successful people from around the world. 65,000 m² of custom villas, penthouses, and the largest infrastructure on Bali have inspired hundreds of residents to create a sustainable community with a recognizable lifestyle. Today, Andre is applying his 17 years of development experience in Bali to create a network of new-format projects in key locations on the island.
